What are your working hours?

How do I send an inquiry?
The most efficient way is to forward your inquiry to our e-mail address. For convenience, you can also leave the message in Request Information page of our website . Please input your name, country, e-mail, phone, products specifications and desired quantity. A designated manager will get back to you within 48 hours.

What about product pricing and specifications?
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Globalcctvsec reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. The final prices and specifications are reflected in the PI (proforma invoice), which is issued in response to your purchase order.

What kind of quotes do you give?
We quote USD prices FOB Shanghai. The freight is calculated separately based on transportation means, size and weight of shipment.

What is a minimum order amount?
A regular (not sample) order should be, at least, USD $5,000. However, a sample order has no such limitation. A MOQ (minimum order quantity) may also be applicable (depend on product type).

How do I pay?
We accept T/T in advance payment. The total value 100% was paid for this purchase order by T/T  in advance  before shipment , and L/C(only for above USD20000.00)
For T/T and L/C, the beneficiary will always be Global CCTV Security CO.,LTD . If you are required to make payment to others, please let your contact person send you formal letter with Globalcctvsec stamp, or you can send e-mail to sales@globalcctvsec.com  for clarification.

Which transportation method could I select?
By International express, by air, by train, or by sea. You appoint a forward, or we choose the best one for you.

How do you keep my contact information secure?
We take our customers’information seriously and keep it confidential. We never share rhis information with any third party.

What is your product warranty policy?
Hiw products carry a 12-month warranty,if the products you purchase are high-end ,we will carry 2 years warranty. Under no circumstances will Hiw be responsible for any damage beyond the replacement cost of the defective merchandise.

How do I track my order?
If your order has been despatched into our courier network we will send you an email to enable you to track your order. If a tracking number does not appear, please call Customer Care at 86-021-50401231.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed hourly each business day from 9am to 7pm Central Time.  Refer to the product information for availability status. Backordered products typically ship within one to two weeks. Sample order always is shiped between 3-7 days ,if your order is large ,maybe need 15 days to delivery you!

I have a problem with a product I received, what do I do?
If you received our products with problem ,you can email us and tell us your problem,we will handle with it asap ! You can believe us ,we must make you satisfy our service!

Can I become an exclusive distributor of Globalcctvsec products in my area?
Yes, it is possible if we don’t already have a representative in your country(region). The best start is to prove your good intention with several regular orders over a period time.

Can you supply OEM products under my brand?
In some rare cases, depending on our relationship and annual volume ordered.
